Alternate Nostril Breathing Steps : 

For doing Anulom vilom pranayam you have to use nostril both the left and right follow these steps for doing this asana

1) use the thumb of the right hand to close right nostril, inhale from your left nostril.

2) Repeat this at least 5 to 10 times or according to the your comfort in the beginning

3) then close your left nose trail with the right nose trail and inhale from the right nose trail.

4) repeat this step with the step number 1 and 3, it will said that one complete round of the anulom and vilom
